Refund Policy

Bargainish does not provide certified appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or guarantees regarding authenticity, value, future resale prices, or profitability. All purchasing and selling decisions remain your own responsibility.
We are committed to being fair and transparent. The sections below describe how we handle refund requests for each product type.
1. Recurring Memberships
Bargainish memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. See our Subscription and Cancellation Policy for cancellation instructions.
Membership fees are not refunded after a billing period has begun. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a billing system error — contact us and we will correct it promptly.
2. Individually Purchased Downloadable PDFs
Because PDF guides are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility is limited. We believe this is fair — and we've written this policy to reflect that clearly.
Refunds we will issue
- Technical delivery failure. If you purchased a guide and cannot download or access it due to a problem on our end, contact us. We will resolve the delivery issue or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Accidental duplicate purchase. If you purchased the same guide more than once, contact us with your order details. We will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
Refunds we do not issue
- Change of mind after download. Because the guide is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after receiving access to the file.
3. Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed duplicate charge promptly.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us using the contact form on our website. Please include:
- Your name and email address used at checkout
- The product or membership you purchased
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
5. AI Content Disclosure
Some educational content on Bargainish may be developed or assisted by artificial intelligence and is reviewed before publication. This does not affect the refund terms above.
6. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of Bargainish after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
