Digital Product License

This Digital Product License applies to all downloadable PDF guides and other digital products sold or distributed by Bargainish. By purchasing or downloading a Bargainish digital product, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. What You Receive

When you purchase a Bargainish PDF guide or digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license for one purchaser. This license covers:

• Personal use by the individual purchaser only
• Unlimited personal reading and reference on your own devices
• A single printed copy for your own personal reference

This license does not transfer ownership of the content, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights.

2. What You May Do

• Download the product to your personal devices for your own use
• Read and reference the content for your own buying and selling activities
• Print a single copy for your own personal reference

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

• Resell — sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product in any form
• Redistribute — distribute, share, or transmit the product to any other person
• Upload — upload the product to any website, file-sharing service, or cloud storage accessible by others
• File sharing — share download links, login credentials, or copies with others
• AI training — use the product as training data for any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated system
• Commercial reuse — use the product as the basis for a competing commercial product, course, service, or publication
• Reproduce or copy the product in whole or in part for any purpose beyond personal use
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution included in the product

4. Ownership

All Bargainish digital products remain the intellectual property of Bargainish. Purchase of a product grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership.

5. Future Updates

Future updates or revised editions of a purchased guide are not automatically included unless the guide's product page explicitly states that updates are included with purchase. Updated or revised editions may be made available as separate purchases. We will note clearly on any guide's product page if updates are included.

Membership-included guides

Guides accessible through an active Bargainish membership are available while your membership remains active. When a membership expires or is cancelled, access to membership-only content ends at the close of the final paid billing period. No new downloads or member-exclusive updates are available after expiration.

If you downloaded a guide during an active membership and that guide was licensed for download, your downloaded copy remains subject to the license terms under which it was obtained. The license does not expire with your membership, but it does not grant any rights beyond those described in this document.

6. AI Content Disclosure

Some Bargainish PDF guides and educational content may be developed or assisted by artificial intelligence and is reviewed before publication. This does not affect the license terms above.

7. Enforcement

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Bargainish digital products is a violation of this license and may constitute copyright infringement under applicable law. We reserve the right to revoke your license and pursue available legal remedies for violations.
